Having our own vineyard and a winery has been a dream of ours for quite some time.

Our story began over ten years ago when we came to visit Nova Scotia.  We drove all over the province exploring wineries and vineyards and fell in love with Nova Scotia – the graciousness of the people we met, the picture perfect scenery and the maritime  way of life. 

Upon visiting Wolfville we were absolutely sure where our next home was going to be. At that time, however, we were not ready in our lives to pull the trigger and returned to Vancouver, BC with a longing to come back to Nova Scotia again some day.

Fast forward ten years and we get a call from our realtor at six o’clock on a November west coast morning telling us that there was some acreage for sale and we should seriously consider it.  We were back in Nova Scotia on the next flight and made our way to Wolfville without stop. Our realtor took us to have looked at this beautiful piece of property on top of the ridge, over looking the Garpereau Valley with breath taking views.  We fell in love with the land on the spot and made a decision to purchase the property from the Rotary Club that very afternoon!

Fast forward again six months and we found ourselves driving across the country in the middle of the Pandemic and landed in Wolfville last year on the 1^st of May to embark on our new journey and to realize our dream of owning a vineyard.

Wolfridge Vineyard has resulted as the culmination of this journey and dream.
